For the past 20 years, Edi has led diverse, globally distributed sales, sales development, and delivery teams in industries ranging from retail and marketing, to public sector, pharma and tech. She has worked with organisations of all sizes and geographies, from local SMEs to global multinationals.
Since 2017, Edi’s primary focus has been in the people and technology sector, working with the largest employers across the EMEA region on building more sustainable, inclusive, and effective ways of working with their people.
In September 2022, going back to her roots as a speaker and trainer, Edi started Resonant People Consulting - a consultancy that brings together excellence in customer experience and sales, and a relentless focus on sustainable work practices.
